Service Manager Disability Support Services
Location: Townsville
Hours: Full time permanent - Monday to Friday
Salary: SCHADS 5.1 ($97,377.80pa) + Super + Salary packaging tax benefits

About the role: In the role as
Service Manager, you’ll be managing our disability support services based in Townsville, including Supported Independent Living arrangements (SILs) and individual Supports (including in home and community access) for our clients.
Lead, coach and mentor Support Workers to ensure the services reflect our customer’s needs in a dynamic, high growth work environment.
What would I need to be considered? - Experience in a similar role within the disability sector and understanding of the NDIS.

- Experience and skill in team supervision; leading people to achieve.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be solution focused.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Administrative and financial management skills.
- Current driver's license acceptable under Queensland legislation.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Blue card and NDIS worker screen clearance prior to starting (we can help).
